STUDIO POLICIES

Registration will be accepted through October 31st for 1st-12th graders and through January for 3 YRS - K.
A $50 registration fee is charged per student each year.
The registration fee is not pro-rated for students who join later in the year.
Students registering for one class after August will be assessed a recital surcharge of $15 per month that they were not enrolled.
Students adding a 2nd or 3rd class after August will be assessed a recital surcharge of $7.50 per class per month that they were not enrolled.

Tuition is automatically charged to your credit or debit card on file on the 1st of each month.
If you register before August, your card will not be charged again until September.
Tuition includes all recital fees and recital costumes for up to three classes.
Tuition for one class is $850 per instructional year (Aug-May), divided evenly over 10 months.
Tuition will be the same whether a class meets 5 times in a long month or two times in a holiday or transitional month.

We offer a sibling discount of 15% per family
Families who pay tuition in full receive a 5% discount
Discounts do not apply to registration fees, camps, auditions, RDC monthly fees, etc

A $30 late fee will be automatically applied to unpaid accounts on the 15th of each month.
Families with 2 months of non-payment will be dismissed from the studio.

Regular attendance is vital to student progress and group choreography.
Students who miss more than two of the final eight classes before recital may not be able to participate in the recital, at the discretion of the teacher.

We follow the Knox County school closings for morning classes.
An email and Facebook post announcing the status of afternoon and evening classes will be sent out around noon.

Email is our main form of communication. Please make sure you register with a "good" email.
If you have not received an email from us within the first month, please contact us.

Recital shows will take place the weekend of May 18th - 19th.
Each class will be in only one show.
Students enrolled in more than one class may be in more than one show.
Specific show and rehearsal assignments will be posted in the studio, on the website, and emailed to families in February.

Students are not under contract and are free to drop at any point.
Drops and transfers must be handled by the studio.
Drop requests must be EMAILED before the 1st of the month.
Drop requests made AFTER tuition charges have run, but before the student's first class of the month meets, will incur a $10 administrative fee.
No refunds will be given for the current month after the student's first class of the month meets.
After recital costumes are ordered, they are non-refundable.
